"You have a powerful and cost-free way of
making your community accessible to the disabled"

I represent disabled individuals in ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) access cases in Northern California.

Many disabled people are fed up with businesses and public agencies that continue to violate the access regulations of the ADA and California Title 24. The ADA and California Law give disabled individuals the power to force violators to remove barriers to the disabled and provide access.

My clients’ first priority is to remove barriers to the disabled so that they and others like them can enjoy the same benefits as able-bodied people. The ADA demands it. The law also provides for monetary payments to disabled people to compensate them for any injuries, embarrassment or humiliation they may have suffered.

The business and public agencies pay the legal costs and fees. I will never ask you to pay me anything.

As a disabled person, you have the power to eliminate barriers by using the ADA for the benefit of yourself and others. Together, we can make Northern California a more accessible place.
